Definitions
"We", "Our", "Company" means, PhonegGags.com web site.
“User” means the person who utilize one or more of our services on our platform.
“HD Download credit” mean a credit unit for obtain a commercial license for single chat conversation.

Scope & nature of our service
We are developing an online platform for content creators and hobbyist easily create content for their digital and printed publications.
Licensing Options
We offer two licensing options for your creations
Everyone get a free license with standard size image download. You may download any number of screenshots from any number of conversations you create without any cost.
User has to be subscribed for a monthly pricing plan or user can purchase “HD download credit” for download a high-resolution image with commercial license.
FREE USE license
This is the best option for hobbyist. User will automatically grant FREE USE license as they create a conversation and download screenshots. Only standard size images/screenshots are permitted to download under this license. Under free use license users allowed to,
- Share images on social media pages for non-promotional/personal use
- Share images on private groups
- Share image on public groups for non-promotional/personal use
Under free use license users DO NOT allowed to,
- Include full or part of the image(s) into commercially sharing post, publication, report or any other digital material
- Include full or part of the image(s) into commercially sharing printed materials, publications, book or magazines
- Sharing with a message contains about a commercial product, promotion or any other commercial use case
Commercial License
Commercial licenses give a freedom to content creators and editors to publish content for promotional purposes. No attribution required.
Convert FREE Use license to commercial license
Content creators may create and download screenshots under free use license, and later they can download high resolution image with commercial license.
Modifying commercial licensed conversation
Once user obtain a commercial license for a chat conversation, they can download any number of screenshots of the same conversation. Our system has designed to identify slight modification and it will detect when user attempt to alter the whole conversation to make another one. In this case, System will consider it as a new conversation, and you may want to purchase seperate HD download credit or consume credit from your monthly subscription.
Phonegags reserve right to decide whether modified conversation is a part of the existing conversation or new conversation.
Monthly Subscription
User can purchase monthly subscription for create their content for even cheaper price. Phonegags reserve right to amend monthly subscription price time to time.
Monthly subscription provides pre-defined number of HD download credits. After you consume all download credits within given billing period, you will have to purchase extra HD download credits.
Remaining HD credit balance of a given month will be taken forward and is consumable in the following month.
Refund Policy
User can request refund within active billing cycle. If user has not consumed any provided HD download credits within given billing cycle, refund will be issued. If there is any transaction processing fees, it will be deducted from the original payment and remain balance will be refunded.
No partial refund for monthly subscription. If User has consumed at least 1 HD download credit from the provided subscription credits, subscription will be terminated at the end of the billing cycle. User may enjoy remaining credits until the end of the billing cycle.
No refund will be issued for purchased HD credits.
Rights to change the fee structure
We reserve rights to increase decrease or re-structure the free structure. On such events, we'll notify existing members in advance notice.

Limitations of liability
Our Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the security, performance, or uninterrupted functionality of the Service.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Our liability for any issue arising from the Service is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages, including lost profits, revenue, information, or data. This limitation applies even if we are aware of the possibility of such damages and includes situations where your content, information, or account is deleted.
This limitation of liability does not apply to damages caused by our intentional or knowing violation of the platform terms and conditions or applicable law.
